I woke up around 5 and Justin was still asleep. I got out of his grip and walked downstairs to the kitchen. I started making spaghetti when the doorbell rang. I wiped my hands with a towel and walked to the door and answered it. It was this young women. "Hello" I greeted. She smiled. "Hello Im Megan. I live right across the street and we just wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood" She said. "We?" I asked. She nodded and she looked down. There was a little girl about 4 hiding behind her sucking her thumb. I smiled at her and bent down to her level. "Hello, whats your name cutie?" I asked smiling. She said something but I couldnt understand her. "Lily" Megan said. I looked up at her and smiled. "Well thats a pretty name for a pretty girl" I said. She pulled out her thumb and smiled. "Who is this?" I heard Justin ask behind me. I stood up and smiled "These are our neighbors Megan and Lily" I said. Megan smiled. "Im Megan! Nice to meet you!" Her and Justin shook hands. "Nice! to meet you! And you must be Lily" He said bending down to her level. "Hi" She whispered but hid behind Megans leg again. "Wanna cookie?" He asked. Her face lite up. She looked up at Megan. "Go ahead sweetie" She said. Lily hesitated but then took Justins hand and they went into the kitchen. "Come on it!" I moved off to the side so Megan could walk in. "Thanks!" She said.
